Centenary Celebration

At this moment, hectic preparations are going on in full swing at Khairuddin L P School for successfully holding the centenary celebration of the school, a premier and renowned institution of the locality, as well as entire Goalpara district, to celebrate the occasion on January 3-5 next with various programmes. In connection with this centenary celebration festival, a general meeting was held a few months ago for the formation of centenary committee, where all ex-students, guardians, ex-teachers of this school and distinguished persons of the locality were present. In the presence of an enthusiastic gathering, speakers stressed on implementation of the centenary celebration successfull. In the meeting a centenary celebration committee was formed where Sri Hemanta Kumar Roy Choudhury and Sri Mukut Patgiri, the headmaster of the school were nominated as president and general secretary respectively. Later other various sub-committees were also formed.
